Rick Lewis

Rick Lewis is a Principal of Studio 08 Consultants, LLC, specializing in Research and Specification Documents for Doors, Hardware and Electronic Access Control Systems. He has over 30 years experience as a Door & Hardware Distributor, Manufacturer’s Representative and Architectural Door Hardware Consultant. Rick was the CEO of Miller Contract Supply, a Kansas City commercial door hardware and millwork firm for 18 years. He was an Electro-Mechanical/Access Control Specialist for ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions. In this role he has consulted with architects and engineers in developing specifications on card access systems and electro-mechanical locking solutions for commercial facilities.
